COASTAL MOVEMENTS. ■ The Holmglen returned south last night, from where she is expected at New Plymouth on January 3. (Hooker Bros.). The Hauturu is scheduled to arrive at New Plymouth from Onehunga on January 8. The Awahou will make her first visit to New Plymouth on January 17 from southern ports with general cargo. (Hooker Bros.). MOVEMENTS OF OVERSEAS SHIPS. OMANA CLEARS PORT. The Union Co. steamer Omana finished discharge of 490 tons of general Australian cargo yesterday and sailed from New Plymouth for Wellington and Napier. COPTIC ON SATURDAY. The Shaw Savill steamer Coptic is due at New Plymouth on Saturday to load dairy product for British ports. She will complete her loading at Wanganui, Auckland and Wellington and will sail about the middle of January for London. HUNTINGDON’S ITINERARY. The Federal Line steamer Huntingdon, which is now at Lyttelton, will complete discharge of her cargo from Liverpool at Dunedin and Bluff. Afterwards the vessel will load at Bluff, Wanganui, New Plymouth, Auckland, Wellington and Napier. She is scheduled to reach New Plymouth on January 4 and to sail from Napier for London, Avonmouth, Cardiff, Liverpool and Glasgow, via Panama, on January 25, arriving at London about March 6. THE NORTHUMBERLAND. The Federal Line steamer Northumberland is due at Auckland from New York about December 26. After discharging at Auckland, Napier, Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin she will load for London, Avonmouth, Liverpool, Manchester and Glasgow at Port Chalmers, Timaru, New Plymouth, Auckland, Wellington and Bluff.
