RESTORATION OF WAGES
CHRISTCHURCH TRAMWAYS. By Telegraph—Press Association. Christchurch, Dec. 21. A decision to restore the remaining 5 per cent, of the 10 per cent, wages cut imposed in 1031 has been reached between the Christchurch Tramway Board and the unions concerned. The agreement will affect the majonty of the board’s employees and will cost between. £6OOO and £7OOO annually.
