COMPREHENSIVE SCHEME REPORT. EXPERTS COMPLETE. THEIR WORK. By Telegraph—Press Association. Auckland, Dec. 21. Two visiting experts, Messrs. G. A. Hart, Wellington, and E. F. Borrie, Melbourne, to-day handed to .the drainage board chairman, Mr. Ernest Davis, their completed report on a, comprehensive drainage scheme for the Auckland metropolitan district. The report will be considered by the board early - in the New Year. Meantime no publicity is to be givenit. :
