THREE CANDIDATES
BOROUGH COUNCIL VACANCY. NEW PLYMOUTH BY-ELECTION. Nominations closed yesterday for the by-election to fill the vacancy on the New Plymouth Borough Council caused by the resignation of Mr. F. Amoore. Three candidates have been nominated for the' election to take place on November 19. The nominations are:— Lester, Harold: Nominated by Messrs. C. E. Morshead, R. A. Covker, H. M. Bacon, C. W.
