LIBEL SEQUEL TO CAULFIELD. TRAINER AND JOCKEY’S CLAIM. tJy Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright Rec. 8.40 p.m. Melbourne, Nov. 8. The jockey Keith Voitre and the’horse trainer Barnard Quinlan have issued a 'Supreme Court writ against B. Vockler, Service Proprietary Ltd., Melbourne, and the Don Printing Works Proprietary Ltd., of Essendon, claiming £2OOO damages each tor alleged libel relating to the running of the former Hawera filly Link Divine at the Caulfield races on October 19. The action relates to paragraphs appearing in a sporting paper called Vockler’s Turf and Sport Life.
