AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND. GOODWILL MISSIONER RETURNS. By Telegraph—Press Assn.-Copyright. Tokio, Oct. 30. Mr. Katsuji Debuchi, the . Japanese goodwill missioner, has arrived at Moji. He said he was delighted to find that Australians and New Zealanders were increasingly understanding Japan’s real policy and were eager to enhance good relations and expand commerce. It is reported that the Yamashita Steamship Company will inaugurate in December a regular monthly service to Australia with tnree vessels for the purpose of competing more strongly with the Nippon Yusen Kaisha Company.
