ANNUAL ELECTION OF OFFICERS. At the annual meeting of the Pungarehu Tennis Club the president, Mr. L. Beardmore, presided over a fair attendance. The balance-sheet showed a profit of £B. The election of officers resulted: President, Mr. L. Beardmore; secretary, Mr. P. Brophy; club captain, Miss M. Brophy; auditors, Messrs. A. Roots and T. Gilhooly; selectors, ' Misses E. Gilhooly and M. Brophy, Messrs. A. Roots and J. W. Priest. The subscriptions were left the same as for the previous year.
