OPUNAKE BOWLING
OPENING OF CLUB'S SEASON. CLUBS WELL REPRESENTED. The Opunake Bowling Club opened the season on Wednesday. Visitors were present from Hawera, New Plymouth, Kaponga and coastal clubs. The president, Mr. Dalrymple, welcomed the visitors and Mr. F. Mason replied, congratulating Opunake club on the improvements to the green and the grounds generally. Mrs. Dalrymple threw the first jack. The
Mr. Cook on behalf of the visitors thanked the, club and particularly the women for their hospitality.
