MRS. BLACK OPENS CAMPAIGN.

Mrs. R. S. Black, Democrat candidate for Dunedin North, opened her campaign last night, when she addressed a well attended and orderly meeting of electors. Mrs. Black is the first woman candidate to contest a seat in OJago.
