Hartnell said that though he was no longer actively participating in the club’s work he always followed the. progress of the riflemen with keen interest. He impressed upon them the value of the sport. Following are the prize winners:— Miniature Branch. Championship: A. Wilcocks; runner-up, N. McArtney. Junior championship: Miss I. Papps, runner-up, C. Henry. First aggregate: N. Lightfoot 1, S. Higgs and A. WalSh equal 2. Second aggregate: A grade, A. Walsh; B grade, Miss Lawn and N. Lightfoot equal. Third aggregate: A grade, N. McArtney; B grade, Miss I. Papps. 1, Miss P. Hogg 2. Fourth aggregate: A grade, W. Gilbert and A. Wilcocks equal. Fifth aggregate: N. McArtney 1, A. Wilcocks 2. ’ . Sixth aggregate: S.
