Anderson (Christchurch); bantamweight, S. Guthrie (Ashburton) drew with R. Overend (Christchurch); featherweight, F. O’Connor (Christchurch) beat A. J. Hawes (Christchurch); welterweight, N. Fisher (Christchurch) beat D. McLeod (Christchurch); heavyweight, W. Lister (Ashburton) beat P. Sheehan (Ashburton).
