HOCKEY PLAYERS RETURN
UNIVERSITY TEAM AT AUCKLAND. By Telegraph—Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. Fit and well after their visit to Fiji, members of the New Zealand University hockey team returned to Auckland by the Monterey. The team won two of the three test matches played, the other being drawn. The manager of the team, Dr. Hickey, said the visit had been an enjoyable one in every way. It was the first of its kind, but he thought it would be the forerunner of many. The question of a reciprocal tour had been discussed, he said, and it was most probable it would even’tuate as leading citizens of Suva had promised support:
