Spence, of the Hawera hospital nursing staff, has returned from her annual leave. Mrs. J. Hawke will leave by car today to return to Napier. Miss Jean McLean and Mrs. C. Arnpld left yesterday for a short holiday visit to Pukekohe and Auckland. MANGATOIU. Miss A. Parry, Manaia, is the guest of Mrs. A. T.’Burke. Mrs. A. E. Mahon, who has been visiting Hawkes Bay, has returned. Mrs. A, A Lawrence has returned from hospital. Mrs. D. L. A. Astbury has made a recovery from her recent illness.
