BIBLE SOCIETY CONCERT
FUNDS FOR PATEA BRANCH. The Patea branch of the British and Foreign Bible Society submitted an entertaining concert programme to a good attendance in the supper-room of the town hall on Monday. At the conclusion of the programme the artists were thanked by the Rev.. H. B. Burnett and the Rev. W. H. Walton. Those contributing were Misses Diana Roberts, Ona Adams, Beryl Martin, M. Cowie, R. Mawhinney, S. Macken, P. Ingley, F. Jones, A. Jones, Knowles, H. Herbert, G. Ashby, S. Macken, Messrs. Mawhinney, R. Pauling and the scholars of the Presbyterian Sunday school.
