FAREWELL AT WAREA
MR. G. EAVES ENTERTAINED. More than 50 residents attended, a social evening organised to farewell Mr. G. Eaves at Warea on Monday night. Mr. R. B. Gray presidec. and an enjoyable evening was spent, tinged only with regret at Mr. Eaves’ departure soon for Whakatane, where he has acquired a farm. Concert items were enjoyed and a lengthy toast list honoured.
