SHORT COURT SITTING
ONLY ONE JUDGMENT ENTERED. For the third week in succession the sitting of the Magistrate’s Court at New Plymouth yesterday was disposed of in less than an hour. Judgment by default for £7 16s (£1 17s 6d costs) was entered by Mr. W. H. Woodward, S.M., against Tai Coffey in favour of Benjamin Tippens.
