DORMER-TIPI’INS. A pretty Wedding was celebrated at St. Mary’s Church, New Plymouth, on Wednesday evening, when Eileen Grace Tippips Was married to William Henry Dprnier. The bride is the eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Tippins, Frapkleigh Park, Nftw Plymouth, and the bridegroom the second son of Mr. and Mrs. Orrrtand E.
