' A team of men from the Seafield club, Wanganui, played a return match at Waver hy on Saturday and the clubs finished all square on the day’s play. Championship matches played last week by women members of the Manakorihi Golf Club resulted as follows: — Senior championship: Mrs. Whyte beat Miss Gorrie 3 up and 1. Junior: Mrs. Bennett beat Miss Nosworthy 3 up and 1. Limit division: Mrs. Telfar beat Mrs. Elliot 7 up and 6. In the final of the senior championship played on Tuesday Mrs. C. M. Whyte beat Miss Knight 1 up at the 19th hole. In the second round of the junior division Mrs. Hamlin beat Miss G.
