HANCOCK WINNER
FIRST BOUT IN ENGLAND. DEFEAT OF ARCHIE SEXTON. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright Ree. 9 p.m. London, July 25. The Australian boxer Wally Hancock on his first appearance in England defeated Archie Sexton in the ninth round of a ten-round bout. The referee stopped the fight because of Sexton’s badly cut eye. Hancock was then well ahead on points.
