DR. CARRINGTON CONSECRATED. HIGH DIGNITARIES ATTEND. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Quebec, July 25. The Rt. Rev. Phillip Carrington was to-day formally consecrated seventh Anglican Bishop of the Diocese of Quebec, succeeding Bishop Lennox Williams. The ceremony took place at the Holy Trinity Cathedral. Bishop Richardson, Fredericton, officiated. High dignitaries of the church attended.
