ROBERTSON SHIELD STARTERS. Handicaps for the New Plymouth Harrier Club annual contest for the Robertson Shield have been declared. Tire race will be run to-day from the Fitzroy post office around the Bell Block monument and back, a distance of 5 2-5 miles. The handicaps are:—C. Broad (captain) scr., A. Lander Im. 405., L.
