TIED FOR TOP PLACE
NURSES’ EXAMINATION. . MISS V. WALLACE, OF HUIROA. The candidate who tied for . first place with Miss L. B. H. Carey, New Plymouth, in the State examination conducted by the Nurses and Midwives! Registration Board on June 5 and 6, was Miss V. Wallace, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. Wallace, Huiroa. Miss Wallace was trained at the Stratford hospital and has now left s to join the nursing staff of the Timaru hospital.
