Amongst the next productions to take the floor at the British International Studios, Elstree, will be a film version of “The Tenth Man,” adapted from the play by'Somerset Maugham.

Merle Oberon has signed a contract for one picture with M.G.M. It is to be “The Flame Within” directed by Edmund Goulding with Ann Harding and Franchot Tone starring. # # * #

Will Rogers is at present working on his latest picture for Fox Film, called “Doubting Thomas,” in which Billie Burke and Alison Skipworth play opposite him.
