STRATFORD ROAD RACE
FIRST OF PETRIE CUP SERIES. The first of a series of road cycle races for the Petrie Cup was held by the Stratford League Cycle Club yesterday, the course being round Beaconsfield Road. Results are:— K. Webb (2%m), 34m 4-5 s 1 A. Mclvor (114 m 32m 30s 2 P. Wisnewski (Im), 32m 15s 3 P. Wisnewski gained fastest time.
