In a brilliant Rugby Union game at the North Sydney Oval to-day; Victoria defeated New South Wales by 17 points to 14. Bridle, the great Victorian breakaway, scored three tries. New South Wales defeated Queensland by 14 points to 7 in a Rugby Union match at the Exhibition ground at Brisbane.
