FLOODS THREATEN
RIVERS DANGEROUS IN VICTORIA. WARBURTON TOWNSHIP ISOLATED. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Melbourne, May 1. Heavy rain and rising rivers have resulted in threatening floods in Victoria.
