W. Day, £8 15s 6d (£1 10s 6d); Opunake Town Board v. Plow Thompson, £4 15s 6d (£1 3s 6d); Kaupokonui Dairy Co. Ltd. v. C. Markham, £2 4s (£1 Hs 6d). On a judgment summons Louis Crofsky . was ordered to pay E. M. Griffen £4 4s, in default five days’ imprisonment. H. Ward was ordered to pay Mantey £l4 13s 7d at the rate of 10s a month, this being a variation of judgment Alf. Dudley was ordered to pay T. N. Watt £6 18s 6d at the rate of 10s a month. i: R. B.
