PRIME MINISTER AT THE ABBEY. FIRST TO SPEAK FROM THE NAVE. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright Rec. 9 p.m. London, April 18. The Prime Minister, Mr. Ramsay MacDonald, will make a jubilee oration at Westminster Abbey on May 7, says the Daily Express.
