GOVERNMENT RESIGNS RAPID CABINET CHANGES THIRD WITHIN TEN MONTHS ARMY MINISTRY LIKELY By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright. Rec. 11.30 p.m. Sofia, April 19. ' General P. Zlatev’s Cabinet has resigned as a sequel to the earlier resignation of four Ministers who did so in protest against the authorities’ action in arresting several prominent people, including two former Prime Ministers, Mr. Tsankoff and Colonel Kimon Gheorgieff, who are being interned on the lonely island of Saint Anastasia, where the only dwelling is a lighthouse. Mr. Tsankoff and his various associates were interned because they have not dissolved their party called the Social Popular Movement, thereby violating the decree issued last year when Colonel Gheorgieff established his Fascist Government, in which General Zlatev, who later ousted his former leader, was Minister of War.

• Colonel Gheorgeiff and others were arrested for publishing , allegations against Zlatev and other prominent people. <»> It is expected that a military cabinet will be installed as the Army Officers’ League, is at- present prominent in politics. The situation is tense and troops are standing by in case of emergencies. This will be the third change of Government within 10 months. Colonel Ghoergieff’s coup d’etat of June 14 was in reply Jo the growth of the Independent Labour Party.
