CONDEMNATION OF ANZAC DAY. DEVELOPING JINGOISTIC IDEAS. By Telegraph—Press Association. f Dunedin, April 17. Several bodies at Dunedin have received a letter signed by the secretary, of the “Anzac Demonstration Committee” stating that since Anzac Day is being used to develop a jingoistic idea for the purpose of glorifying war in order to justify the next, a committee has been set up to arrange a counterdemonstration. . ' The letter invites attendance at a meeting of all willing to participate in a demonstration on Anzac Day afternoon.
