“Fair Play” writes: A player started her turn with the black ball and runs hoops Nos. 5 and 6, which are hoops in order, roquets the blue bajl off the lawn, continues her turn, with the blue ball, runs one back, roquets and croquets black, and then discovers she was using the wrong ball. Does her turn cease? Answer: No. Her turn does not cease. Law 35 (a 11) gives the correct ruling on this question. “Black Ball” asks: Red, in roqueting the black ball, roquets black into 4-back hoop, which is the hoop in order for red, and in taking croquet hits red gently, the balls rolling back into the hoop and remaining in contact. Red, with one more stroke, puts both balls through the hop with the Irish peel and. puts the black ball off the lawn. Does red’s turn cease? Answer: No. Red’s turn does not cease. Black is replaced on the lawn and red’s turn continues. Personal Items.
