FORMER RESIDENT OF ELTHAM. The death occurred at the New Plymouth Hospital yesterday morning of Mr. Andrew Chrystal, who until recently was a member of the legal profession at Eltham. ' . Born in Southland he came to the North Island and spent many years at Eltham, where he took a keen interest in horticulture and was a successiul exhibitor of daffodils. ’ Mr. Chrystal saw war service as a member of a machine gun unit, his health suffering as a result of his war experience. For the past few weeks his health had been indifferent and on Monday he became seriously ill and was removed to hospital. He leaves a widow, and a young 'daughter. ‘ .
