FREE CHURCH ASSEMBLY OPINION.
APPEAL AGAINST NATIONALISM.

Norwood’s address the Free Church Assembly passed a resolution that war was contrary to the mind of Christ and that God willed its abolition. The assembly called on the Free [Churches to give the utmost support to the League of Nations and the Press for disarmament and appealed to churches throughout the world to resist excessive nationalism and urge Governments to totally abolish aerial warfare
