Judges Like to Differ. The remark that judges take a delight in differing from each other was jocularly made in the Supreme Court at Wellington by Mr. Justice Blair. Alternative methods of appealing from a judgment of His Honour were being discussed in the Court, and counsel had suggested that if the case were to come- before another judge he would be influenced, to some extent, by His Honour’s decision.
