WEATHER EXPECTED TO IMPROVE. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The weather is expected to be cool and changeable, with, scattered showers in most dsitricts but improving to-mor-row, states the 4 p.m. forecast. A rather deep depression crossed rapidly over the Dominion during Wednesday night and an anti-cyclone now extends across the North Tasman. Winds will be moderate to strong westerly to south-westerly, reaching gale force at times along the east coast and decreasing to-mor-row. Seas will be moderate north of East Cape and elsewhere rather rough to rough.
