FRANKLEY ROAD NEWS
SUCCESS OF EUCHRE PARTY. The fortnightly euchre party was held in the Frankley Road schoolroom on Tuesday. It was well attended and nine tables were used. The prizewinners were: Women, Mrs. Neighbour 1, Mrs. F. Parr 2, Mrs. Richardson consolation; men, Mr. Pegg 1, Mr. V. Dravitski 2, Master Laurie Smith consolation.
Mrs. Loveridge, New Plymouth, is spending a few days with Mr. and Mrs. A. Simpson, Frankley Road. Mrs. Panting, Tasmania, has been staying with Mr. and Mrs. Kebbell. Mrs. Livingstone, New Plymouth, who has been staying .with Mr. and Mrs. R. C. Henry, Frankley Road, has returned home.
