Hughes, Federal Minister of Health, announced in the House of Representatives yesterday the "Scheme for 1 the disbursement of the £50,000 given by x Lord Nuffield for the crippled children of Australia. The money will be vested in the Minister'of Health as trustee and be directed to building up in each State a sound co-ordinated plan along the lines desired by Lord Nuffield, while steps will . , be taken to ensure that further income will be available.
