TRAWLER IN TROUBLE
ALFIE CAM SEIZED AT WESTPORT.
CHARGES AGAINST THE MASTER.

When the Australian trawler Alfie Cam arrived early this morning for bunkers she was seized by Custom officials and the master, William James Thomas Double, was arrested and charged with using a boat not licensed under the Fisheries Act and fishing in New Zealand waters on three occasions last month in the vicinity of Cape Campbell. He appeared before a. J.P. and was remanded.
