DEATH ROLL BROUGHT UP TO 20.
COLLISION BETWEEN TRAINS.

San Francisco, April 9.
The number of deaths attributable to the week-end storm in California mounted to at least 20 when nine railroad workers were killed in a collision between a work train and that of a motor railway car near Roseville. Another ten lives were lost in the swirling rush of flood waters and recordbreaking rains over California, causing heavy property damage.
