U.S.A. FARM CONTROL

PRODUCTION CONTROL SCHEME.

ESTIMATED PAYMENTS FOR YEAR.

By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright. Rec. 11 p.m. Washington, April 9. The Agricultural Adjustment Administration estimates that about 550,000,000 dollars will be paid to farmers in 1935 for participating in the production control programme. This will be 20,000,000 dollars less than was paid in 1934. Although the entire agricultural administration is under attack in Congress there is no indication that the administration intends to rescind the process taxes on basic commodities with which to provide bounties for fanners for less production.
