JUDGMENTS ‘AT NEW PLYMOUTH.

Judgment for plaintiff by default was given by Mr. W. H. Woodward, S.M., on the following claims in the New Plymouth'Magistrate’s Court yesterday:A. C. Lenton v. King Ropiha, £4 9s 4d (£1 12s 6d); Taranaki Daily News v. H. L. BremnOr, 19s 4d (10s); same v. A. L. G. Lyons, £1 19s Id (8s); H. Derby and Co. Ltd. v. T. P. Fahey, £1 6s 5d (8s); Hughson’s Ltd. v. Manu Mitchell, £6 Is 3d (£1 19s 6d); Thomas Avery and Sons v. W. Linwood, £1 2s (10s); Taranaki Hospital Board v. Edward Tippett, £1 (12s); D. le C. Morgan (as liquidator of the Whangamomona Petroleum Prospecting and Development Co. Ltd.) v. Catherine Marie Amesbury, £2l 7s 6d (£4 4s 6d). r On a judgment summons Henry George Fawcett was ordered to pay th* Taranaki Hospital Board £2l 19s 3d (coSts £1 11s 6d) at the rate of 10s a week, in default 14 days’ imprisonmnt. J. W. Shore was ordered to pay the hospital board £8 5s 6d (costs 15s 6d) at the rate of 5s a fortnight, in default seven days’ imprisonment.
