Morgan (as liquidator of the Whangamomona Petroleum Prospecting and Development Co. Ltd.) v. Catherine Marie Amesbury, £2l 7s 6d (£4 4s 6d). r On a judgment summons Henry George Fawcett was ordered to pay th* Taranaki Hospital Board £2l 19s 3d (coSts £1 11s 6d) at the rate of 10s a week, in default 14 days’ imprisonmnt. J. W. Shore was ordered to pay the hospital board £8 5s 6d (costs 15s 6d) at the rate of 5s a fortnight, in default seven days’ imprisonment.
