PRINTERS’ DISPUTE
NO SETTLEMENT REACHED. EMPLOYERS’ OFFER REJECTED. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Negotiations for a settlement of the dispute in the typographical and related printing trades, affecting all newspapers and commercial printing businesses in the Dominion, and for the termination of the printers’ strike at Wellington ended on Saturday evening, when the executive of the Printing Trader. Federation of Workers rejected the final offer made by the Newspaper Proprietors’ Association and the Master Printers’ Federation.
