Eden was conferring with French and Italian representatives at Paris Signor . Mussolini dramatically ordered the remainder of the 1911 class to arms "as a precautionary measure. Portion of this class was previously called up during the Abyssinian trouble. The latest decree means that 60,000 additional troops will be called up, which with the retention in service of the ’1913 and 1914 classes and roughly 400,000 Fascist militia armed with rifles and machine-guns, means that Italy will have over a million soldiers ready for; an emergency.
