CYLINDER CORROSION
PREVENTIVE OIL MANUFACTURED. SUCCESS AFTER LONG RESEARCH. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright Rec. 7 p.m. London, March 21. A well-known motor oil company after several years of research announces the success of an oil preventing cylinder corrosion. It contains chromium in the form of a soluble compound which protects the working surfaces. Tests showed that the new oil reduced cylinder wear by 5 per cent.
