LENA GOLDFIELDS AGREEMENT. RATIFICATION BY THE SOVIET. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Rec. 10 p.m. Moscow, March 22. The Lena goldfields dispute has ended. The Council of Commissars has ratified an agreement that . the Soviet should pay £3,000,000, which the company has already accepted.
