PROTEST AGAINST SUSTENANCE. DISPUTE THROUGHOUT VICTORIA. By Telegraph—Press Assn—Copyright. Rec. 12.50 a.m. Melbourne, March 22. The Central Unemployed Commission decided to extend the sustenance work ctrike throughout the State, and all work in return for sustenance has been declared black. It is reported that 17,000 men are involved. The Trades Hall Council is raising funds for strikers. u
