A grand dance in aid of the New Plymouth Plunket Society will be held in the Tataraimaka Hall on Monday, March 25. For those who do not dance euchre tables will be available.* Mr. Andrew Johnston, the blind evangelist, continues to draw large numbers to the Oddfellows’ Hall each evening and it is anticipated that an even larger crowd than usual will attend the final Sunday service to-morrow. A special feature is the wonderful messages in song by Mrs. Johnston.* The Turangi Cricket Club are holding a grand dance at the Waihi Memorial Hall on Thursday, April 4. A prize will be given for every third dance, and with music such as will be supplied by Hooker’s Merrymakers, a night of fun is assured all who attend.* Mr. John Coull will sell on behalf of Rev.
