MASON CUP CRICKET
TOWN VERSUS COUNTRY MATCH. ANNUAL NORTH TARANAKI GAME. V- . \ . The main cricket/fixture in Taranaki to-day will be the annual match between the North Taranaki division and the Country association for the E. L. Mason Cup. Each team will be fully representative, although the defection of E. Christensen will take some of the sting out of the Town attack. The match will be an all-day fixture, play in the morning being set down for 10 a.m. to 12.45 p.m. and in the afternoon from 1.45 p.m. to 6 p.m., with a tea interval. Two of the original selection for the Town team, Christensen and J. Birch, both New Plymouth Old Boys, are not available. P. Kivell (Inglewood) is not available' for the Country team and his place will be taken by McKoy (Tarurutangi), 12th man. The teams are:— Town: C. Lash (01-’ Boys), V. Parkinson (Western Park), A.
