KING’S JUBILEE ATTRACTION.
TACTICAL EXERCISES FOR WEEK.
British Wireless. Rugby, March 6, As part of the celebrations to mark the 25th. anniversary of the King’s accession a review of the combined Home and Mediterranean fleets will be held at Spithead in July. After the review it is hoped that the King in the yacht Victoria and Albert will lead the fleet to sea and witness tactical exercises for a week.
On the day of the review a number of ships df the Home fleet will be present off Southend, and some, it is hoped, will be moored in the Thames to allow the public to, see them.
