The pairs bowling competition for the Lambie Memorial Shield will commence to-morrow and will continue on Thursday. Play will, take place on the Opunake and Kaponga greens. KAPONGA PAIRS EVENT. WILLIAMS AND PASCOE WIN. A progressive pairs tournament was held on the Kaponga bowling green over the week-end. Twelve terras took part, the winning skip being R.. E. William* and the winning lead J. Pascoe.
